C.L.E.A.R. (Confidence, Leadership, Equity, Advocacy, & Resilience) Project is dedicated to equipping educators with the skills and strategies to guide students toward becoming their best selves. By empowering teachers to foster environments of growth, resilience, and purpose, C.L.E.A.R. lays the foundation for the next generation of confident, compassionate leaders.
Through targeted professional development, mentorship frameworks, and immersive workshops, educators are supported in providing the mentorship and guidance that young people need to thrive.
The C.L.E.A.R. Project was inspired by the personal journey of founder Jori D. O'Neale, an international best-selling author, public speaker, and coach. Jori’s transformative experiences as an inner-city youth in Chicago, her path to receiving the St. Vincent DePaul Community Service scholarship, and her deep involvement in community initiatives illuminated the power of mentorship and resilience.
Today, Jori uses her platform to empower educators and aspiring authors alike by helping them master productivity, emotional resilience, and transformative tools to maximize their impact.
“As an educator and former instructional coach trained in youth development with organizations like the YMCA, TASC New York, Uncommon Schools, and GO Project, I’ve seen firsthand the need for educators to go beyond tests and create opportunities for youth to lead and connect with positive role models.
